Feasibility Studies
We can assess a site / building on your behalf to ascertain development potential, after investigating local conditions, Planning restrictions and your specific requirements. We are able to put budget cost plans together as well as preliminary drawings to enable you to assess the suitability of the proposal.

Local Authority Planning Applications
Once the feasibility has been determined, we can liaise with the Local Authority Planning office to submit applications for full or outline planning permission relating to new builds, alterations and extensions and change of use, as required.
We have a proven record of achieving success with Planners on residential and commercial projects.

Building Control
Once Planning Permission is granted, we undertake drawings for Building Control submission. All the relevant construction information and required annotation is added to the drawings. Details are produced as necessary and we work alongside Structural Engineers and other specialist consultants, as required, to ensure all aspects of the building fabric are dealt with. Calculations for structural elements, heat loss or gain, energy efficiency etc.. can all be dealt with by MAA as part of the Building Control submission process, providing you with one point of contact.
Fees for any consultants will be discussed and agreed with you prior to appointment.

Specification
Using the latest version of the National Building Specification software we are able to produce comprehensive specification documents for submission with tenders.
These ensure all aspects of the project are addressed, for your complete peace of mind.
