MAA was formed in 2002 by the partnership of Jayson Anderson and Lee Mason who had previously worked together at another company.

Lee Mason has over twenty years work experience, originally in the petro-chemical industry as a designer of specialised plant. More recently he has worked in the design and build field, working for companies producing residential developments and office interior fit-outs. He brings expertise in mechanical and electrical design, as well as extensive experience in Planning Supervision and Health & Safety procedures.
